1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

We try to ship within 1 to 3 business days. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at [email protected]

2. Do you accept international orders?

We currently only ship to the US. If you have any questions please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.

3. The product I order is out of stock.

We do our best to keep all of our products in stock. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions and we would be happy to let you know when the item is expected back in stock.

4. What ingredients are your candles made of?

Our candles are made of all natural soy blend wax and fragrance oils for strong, long lasting fragrance. For more info please check it out here.

5. What is the best way to care for my Urban Lights candle?

Urban Lights candles have an average burn time of 60 hours if cared for properly. Here are some tips to get the most out of your candle.

• Always light your candle for 3 hours the first time to create an even burning candle.

• To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Before each burn trim the wick to 1/8″ to avoid black smoke and residue.

• Always remove wick debris.

• If the wick requires centering, readjust it to the center (only when the candle is unlit).

• Allow the candle to solidify before relighting.

• Always burn on a flat, stable fireproof surface.

• Do not burn the candle when less than 1/4″ of wax remains in the glass.

8. What size are the candles?

We currently offer one size. Our candles are poured in cylindrical glasses that are 3 1/8” (diameter) and 4 1/8” (height). Each glass is filled with 11 oz of wax, which equates to about 60 hours of burn time.

9. How strong are the scents?

We spent a lot of time experimenting and tweaking our formulation in order to get the strength just right, working with a diverse test public, so each scent corresponds best to each NYC neighborhood. 10. After the candle has been used up, can I reuse the container?

Yes! We encourage the reuse of our containers. Simply place your tumbler in the freezer overnight. Take it out of the freezer the following day. Use a knife to pop the wax out in one piece. You should find that it lifts up in one or two pieces, with ease. You can simply pop it out and discard of the wax. Use a soft non abrasive rag with a bit of coconut oil to remove the residue of the wax and wipe off the interior surface with a wet cloth and then dried it off. It will come out sparkling, with no more wax.
