Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that you receive them in the best possible condition. In the event of damage during shipping or the occurrence of a shipping error, please contact us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement of items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping will not be accepted.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed.
We currently ship via USPS and UPS on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the order. We always aim to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers.
